When Coleman Andrews took over SAA, sceptics said he wouldn't be able
to turn it around. The new CEO and his team proved them wrong. Through
a process of restructuring he has made significant improvements to their
business. Hyundai has undergone a similar process. Our objective of
creating a leaner and more efficient company has involved extensive
